At Voluro TCG Ltd, we take great care in packaging your collectibles to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our shop. We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight at checkout. We offer the following tracked services:

2. Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of £100.00 and up. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

• Pre-Orders: If your order contains a Pre-Order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are in stock. We recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items delivered immediately.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to ensure reliable delivery.

5. Damages & Lost Items

• Damages: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If the external packaging is significantly damaged, please take photos before opening the items and contact us at hello@volurotcg.co.uk.

• Lost Parcels: A parcel is not officially considered "lost" until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date. Once this period has passed, we will open a claim with the courier and provide a full refund or replacement. Resolution typically takes 5–10 additional business days.
